Must provide portfolio and reference projects.Development Teams Organized groups with complementary skills and established collaboration frameworks. Must demonstrate research methodology and publication history.Open Source Contributors Active participants in the open-source community with verifiable contribution history. Participants must satisfy comprehensive eligibility criteria:Legal Framework Compliance with relevant jurisdictional regulations and ability to enter into binding agreements.
